I’ve been trying to upgrade to Pro, but the site appears to be malfunctioning.

what browser and operating system are you using? What about changing your browser?
I must agree; I’ve been trying to buy the Pro version for ages and couldn’t work out how to buy it! I’ve eventually done it by getting an ID, then using the SWREG button. I didn’t find anywhere to get my 10% discount either – so had to pay full price. The instructions really do need checking – you’re probably losing sales!
@Rachel Thanks for supporting XMind. XMind Coupon Code is available while using Paypal only because SWReg is not good at this kind promotion. So we said click “Buy now” button in the blog. Beg your understanding.
I cannot see the “Buy Now” button in IE browser, either. But no problem for Chrome and FireFox.

I seem to be having the same issue – cannot ‘see’ a buy now button and therefore cannot use the PRO10OFF coupon.

hi, please try to use another browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or IE 9.
Do the pro features expire after one year, or is this a case where one receives all program updates for a full year? I would resent having to pay $40 to keep my custom themes from breaking every year.
@JHRM Thank you for supporting XMind. XMind Pro is a subscription-based software. It’s $49 per person per year. So the pro features will expire after your subscription ends. But, the theme you design and extract will not disappear.
Look’s like promoion is a fake. There is no “buy now button” anywhere. Following the links you will come to the standard buy site. And there is only the regular way via SWREG. Following that path there is no way for a “coupon code”. Somehow I got a paypal site with an error message like “not supported”.
Using SWREG the price listed (in Euro) is more than 5% over the one on your page. This is more than currency changes since June 1th.
For me this all looks like a fake and I will see to find another product now. When it starts with a problem ordering the software it’s not a good way.

@Joerg SWReg just supports US$ price at present. Paypal is our main payment gateway with multiple currencies.
